Arte conceitual - jogo

Uma amiga minha estava fazendo um cusso técnico em jogos e me pediu ajuda para a criação da arte conceitual dos personagens para este jogo.

Ela não me passou muitos detalhes e preciso ver com ela sobre qual é o estado atual do jogo.

A friend os mine was taking part on a game course and she asked me to help out with some concept for the characters.

The brief was very specified with everything that she had in mind and I don't know too much about the game details. Besides, I need to check up with her about the game situation.

Webcomic

Tirinha que fiz para a aula de webdesign, na pós em HQ.
O prof. pediu para que criassemos de 5 a 10 tiras e criar um site para postar elas.

O mais bacana é que acabei me empolgando e estou colocando todas as tirinhas no site "ascunhoshq.blogspot.com.br"

This comic stripe was made for my webcomic class, at my post-graduation in comics.
The teacher asked us to create from 5 to 10 stripes so we could upload them into a website.

In the end I got carried away with this and I'm currently uploading the webcomic in english over this website sketcheshq.blogspot.com.br

Inverno

Um animatic (basicamente um storyboard animado" que fiz para a aula de cinema, a pedido do professor.
Ele não está completo e o roteiro não é meu.

The scrip wasn't mine, but it's from the teacher who gave this assignment.

Sopa de tartaruga

Ando assistindo ao novo desenho das Tartarugas Ninjas na internet e no Brasil ele vai estrear nesta segunda, dia 12/11 na Nick.
Ate agora tenho poucas reclamações, e devo admitir que fico maravilhada com as cenas de luta.

Edward Elric

Acabei me dando conta de que tenho muito desenhos de animais/antros e afins, sendo que eu também desenho pessoas, e muito bem.

Minha tentativa de desenhar o Edward Elric (um dos meus personagens favoritos de mangá), do anime Fullmetal Alchemist, do meu jeito.

Pretendo fazer um desenho de corpo inteiro logo.


[ I ended up realising (again) that I have several drawing of animals/anthros/related stuffs, eventought I can also draw humans, and very well too.

So, this was an attempt to draw Edward Elric, (one of my favourite manga's character) from the anime Fullmetal Alchemist, in my way.

I pretend to made a fullbody drawing soon.]

Sprechen sie englisch?

Uma das poucas palavras que se dizer em alemão.
E que eu usei muito quando me perdí na alemanha
Meu bisavô era alemão.
Ele trabalhava em um navio, viajando pelos portos mundo afora. Porém, quando ele colocu o pé no Brasil, desertou e nunca mais voltou para sua terra natal.

Durante minha estadia na Alemanha, decidí ver a cidade do meu Bisa, Eberswalde. O detalhe é qe fui sozinha.
Sem falar alemão.
No dia em que iamos pegar o voô para voltar pro Brasil.
Eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee me perdí.
E alemães não gostam de falar em inglês.

Mas consegui encontrar meu caminho de volta, graças a uma moça bondosa que falou em inglês britânico comigo e ainda marcou no meu mapa as estações de trem que eu deveria pegar para voltar para Berlin.
E ainda consegui voltar 1h antes do taxi que nos levaria do hotel para o aeroporto chegar C:


[One of the very few things that I know how to say in german.
And, one that I used a lot when I got lost

My great Grandpa was german, and he worked with the marine.
He had traveled trought the entire world, but when he arrived at Brasil, he had decided never to get back to german again.

During my stay in german, I decided to visit my Great grandpa home city, Eberswalde. The detail is that I went by myself.
Without knowing how to speak german.
On the day that we were coming back to Brasil.
Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaand I got lost.
And Germans don't like to speck in english.

But I managed to get back at the hotel with almost one hour before the taxi had arrived.
Thanks to a very kind lady who spoke in British english to me and also was kind enought to write down on my map the stations that I had to cath to go back to Berlin.]

Going digital

Nos últimos dias troquei um pouco o papel pelo computador, sustantabilidade, eviar que árvores sejam cortadas e todo aquele esquema.
A maioria dos desenhos foram feitos em Sai, com uma genius tablet (mesa digitalizadora).

[On te past few weeks I changed tha paper for the computer; sustentability, protect the trees, and all those things.
So, some of those drawings were made using Sai and a genius tablet.]

O site da deviantART fornece o "da.Muro", onde você desenha no site e, além disso é possível assistir todo o progresso.
Depois de algum tempo, eu decidí dar uma tentativa no "aplicativo" e estes foram os resultados, até agora.

[The website deviantaART offers the "da.Muro", a kind of app that allows you to draw on the website and also records the progress so you can watch it.
After I got my hands in the "Paint tool Sai", I decided to test the da.Muro and those were the results.]

Same as it never was

Um professor nos passou o seguinte trabalho:
Pegar um livro, música, filme, jogo ou seja lá o que for e adaptar para os quadrinhos.

Originalmente eu estava fazendo algo relacionado ao jogo "Assassin's Creed". Infelizmente devido a um desentedimento entre eu e o meu PC, não rolou. Entao, mudei de estratégia.
Enquanto refletia sobre o que eu poderia adaptar e que o pc não iria reclamar na hora de pintar e que se desse alguma naba ficaria "razoavel" apenas no PB, estava passando o filme das Tartarugas Ninja, de 2007 na tv.
E a idéia veio.

Então, usando 5 páginas adaptei um pedaço do episódio "Same as it never was" da animação de 2003 (muito bom esse episódio, por sinal).

Aqui está o resultado e espero que gostem.




[It was a post-graduation assignment, where we needed to take something existend (games, books, movies, etc) and adaptade into a 5 page comic.

Originally I was making a side story based on Assassin's creed, but my computer wasn't cooperating during the coloring phase...
So, I was thinking what could I do with tradional art that wouldn't need to paint a lot and would look pretty nice with a messy lineart?

Bonus - a congrats banner for finishing

Não exatamente um bônus, mas gostei muito.

Sei que vai parecer bem piegas, mas antes de qualquer coisa gostaria de primeiramente agradecer a Deus, por ter me feito como eu sou e pelas idéias que surgiram quanto não sabia o que desenhar.
De certa forma também gostaia de agradecer a todas pessoas que me "bulinavam" (eita palavra feia) durante minha adolescência, pois enquanto eles falavam mal de mim na minha frente, eu educadamente desenhava enquanto ignorava os comentários.
Obrigada pela oportunidade que surgiu via Líber Paz, e a todos que me acompanharam durante este desafio (apesar de que um comentário ou outro cairiam bem....).

Aprendí muito durante este desafio não só em relação a prazo como também conceitos e idéias que eu tive, os quais preciso aprender a explorar melhor.
Como alguns já falaram, este desafio serve para se conhecer melhor como artista.

Então, mais uma vez, obrigada a todos e nos vemos em próximos desafios!

[Not exaclty a "bonus", but I really liked.

I know that this might sound corny, but before anything I want to thak God for making me the way I am and for the ideas.
Somehow I also want to thank everybody who bullied me, during my teenage years (high school) because while they were too busy trash talking me infront of me, I was politely ignoring their comments while I was busy drawing.
Also, thanks Liber Paz, for this wonderful opportunity and for everyone who followed me during this challenge (tought a comment once in a while whould have been a good thing)

I learned a lot during this challenge, not only about deadlines, but also about concepts and ideas that I had and that I need to explore more, pushing my artistic skills further.
It was spoken before, and I'd like to say it again; This challenge helped me to know more about myself, in an artistic level.

So, once again thanks to everyone and see you in the next challenge!

Day 30 - something funny

Creio que de todos este foi o que me deu mais trabalho.
Não só porque estava tendo dificuldade em encontrar uma boa idéa, como també o fato da câmera fotográfica não querer cooperar....

Minha idéia inicial era a de ilustrar alguma cena engraçada de desenho, ou algum personagem fazendo bobeira, porém não encontrei o vídeo com a cena e achei que nem todos iriam achar engraçado ou entender a referência.
Depois de quebrar a cabeça durante a tarde, me deu na telha de fazer o Coringa, um personagem, de certa forma, engraçado e que tenho certeza de que todos entenderão.

Se não me engano ele fala algo similar no filme "Batman; Cavaleiro das trevas", ao contar uma das muitas histórias sobre como ele ficou com o rosto daquela forma.

[I believe that about all the themes, this one was the hardest.
Not only because I had some trouble about thinking what to draw, but mostly because the camera photografic wasn't helping...

My original idea was to draw a particula scene from a cartoon, but I couldn't find the clip with the whole scene, so I was afraid that not everyone would get the reference. Or find it funny.
So, after spend a good part of the afternoon trying to figure out what to draw something striked me and I ended up drawing the Joker, a somehow funny character and I'm sure that everyonewill get this reference.

If I'm not wrong, in the movie "Batman; Dark knight", he says a similar phrase, when he's telling one of the many storyes behind how he got like that.]

Day 29 - something you like

Bom, eu gosto de desenhar, jogar videogame, ler, sair com a galera e ter meu tempo com Deus.
Mas em especial é desenhar, que posso fazer a qualquer hora e em qualquer lugar.

[Well, actually I like o draw, play videogame, read, go out with my friends, have my time with God and watch movies.
But in special I really like to draw since I can do it anytime anyplace anywhere]

day 28 - something you are not good at drawing

Acho que esta ilustração não precisa muito de descrição...
Apesar de eu não conseguir desenhar direito, isso não significa que eu não treino.
Meu último desenho com um "casal" foi um dos melhores que eu já consegui fazer nos últimos anos.

[I believe that this one doensn't need an explanation....
Eventought I'm not too good at those themes, it doesn't mean that I don't train.
My last "couple" art was one of the best I've done so far.]

Day 27 - something disgusting and repulsive

Ao ver este tema, só consegui pensar em uma coisa, um vilão, para falar a verdade, que me dava pesadelos quando criança.
Hexxus, o vilão da animação "Fergully".

O estudo e o cuidado que tiveram não só na criação como na animação do movimento dele ainda me encanta.
Logo abaixo tem um videoclip de uma música que ele canta durante a animação que vale a pena ver e, quem sabe, talvez você se lembre desta animação.

[When I fisrt saw this theme, I could think in only one thing, a villain who used to game me some nightmares when I was a kid.

Day 26 - something fantastic (fantasy)

Antes de mais nada, gostaria de pedir desculpas pela demora nas últimas postagens.
O fim de semana acabou sendo mais corrido do que eu esperava.

Acabei por tentando fazer um centauro que.... não ficou lá grande coisa, mãs....
Valeu a tentativa.

[Before anything I would like to apologise for taking too long to post the last sketches.
The weekend ended up being more busy that I had expected.

I tried to make a centaur that.... well, I tried.]

Day 25- something futuristic

Acabei inventando um tipo de aparelho que dá vida aos desenhos que são realizados nele.
Espero que não só isso vire real, como que vocês gostem.

[I invented a device that bring the things drew on t to life.
Hope this come to be real and that you enjoythe concept.]

Day 24 - something related to a tv show/ movie

Admito que este me deu um pouco mais de trabalho, pois acabei criando certas "regras", como fazer algo minimalista; relacionado a algo que é apenas filme, não relacionado à Disney e tentei ficar longe de clichês e coisas "fáceis" como o Batsinal.
Acabei obtendo como resultado uma volta um tanto quanto nostálgica à minha infância.
Este é o chapéu do Fievel, da animação "Fievel, Um conto americano", de Don Bluth.

Mas antes de chegar nele, passei pelo pingente de "Anastácia", o mapa do "Titan A.E.", o relógio deCharle, de "Todos os cães merecem o céu", o chapéu e chicote do "Indiana Jones", entre outros.

[I have to confess that this one gave me more work that I expected, since I ended up creating some rules like do something minimalistic, related only to a movie (or, in this case, animation), not related to Disney (since it was created a serie os minimalistic posters related to the Disney movies) and tried to runaway from cliches like the batsignal, or the bicicle from the movie "E.T."
The resul is a comeback to my childhood.
It's Fievel's hat, from "An american tail" a Don Bluth animation.

But before I reach this result, I passed through the necklace from "Anastacia", the map from "Titan A.E.", Charlie's watch from "All dogs goes to heaven", the hat and whip from "Indiana Jones", among others.
